Signs of the Next Wave

"I’m not a surfer. I was raised in the midwest. Lake Erie isn’t a surfing hotbed.

Having lived in the PNW for a decade, I’ve often been intrigued by surfers. As our waters here are typically cold, it didn’t cross my mind that surfing would be practiced here. Of course, temperature doesn’t dictate surfing, WAVES facilitate surfing.

During times that I’ve watched surfers off of Whidbey Island or the Oregon coast, I’ve been intrigued by WHEN they paddle into a wave and begin their next ride." -Pastor Travis Miller
